I wanted to write a post about this place so I don't forget it! I don't know what the name of the restaurant means, but it's fabulous! We found this gem in Ibiza.

It had a 4.9-star rating, and the owner told me it had changed from a 5.0 the night before. This was because the line was so long, as many people wanted to eat there.

Seriously, this was the best vegetarian burger I have ever had. The base was beetroot! I will be comparing ever vegitarian burger to this one! The ambiance outside under grass umbrellas with the castle lit up in the background also added to the 5.0 experience.
