Okay, if you get to Spain, you absolutely must go to BrunchIt. It is by far the best breakfast we have had in Spain. The presentation was as amazing as the taste. While in Ibiza, we sat outside with the water 100 meters away. This restaurant is throughout Spain, so try to find one near you.

It was the best birthday breakfast ever! in fact, we may have to make it a tradition for my birthday every year. Of course - in Ibiza!

Here are the ingredients of the above dish: tomato, sliced turkey, cheese, two poached eggs, hollandaise sauce, avacado rose, all on top of a slice of Brioche. Served with sour cream dallops, balsamic syrup, granola, and decorated with edible beauty!.
