chicken and rice
Ingredients
Olive oil in Pan
1 large onion diced
3 ribs celery diced
2 chicken breasts cooked in InstantPot
3 cups chicken stock
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
In a large deep skillet over medium heat the oil.
Add the onion and celery and cook until softened but not browned.
Cook the chicken in the InstantPot (at Tastes Better From Scratch)
Add the stock from the InstantPot chicken and the chicken to the vegetables. Bring to a simmer. Add chopped fresh parsley or dry or oregano
Serve over cooked rice!
